When we found about Caity + Jordan’s sunset engagement on the beach in Cabos, complete with tealights, rose petals and 50 reasons why Jordan loves Caity written on cards, we were inspired. We were inspired to challenge ourselves to create something as unique and romantic for their engagement photos.
The result? Engagement photos taken in each of the seasons! Each session was memorable in its own right. In the summer there was Caity spinning and dancing amongst the hikers and bikers in the summer. Come Autumn it was throwing leaves at Jordan. In the winter there was drinking Starbucks in the mountains and trying to walk on a frozen lake. And in spring we were drawn in by the beauty of flowers & being able to enjoy them without mosquitoes!!
Caity + Jordan, you guys worked so hard in all your sessions, thank you! We are so privileged to have had such wonderful opportunities to get to know you, especially given your busy schedules. We look forward to your wedding! Everything has come together so perfectly and it couldn’t be more perfect for you both.

“I was really nervous prior to our first engagement shoot. Jordan was so supportive. During our first shoot he kept saying “you’re so beautiful, you’re doing great.” You guys (Rina and Anthony) were so incredible. You both made taking the photos fun and memorable. You are so dedicated, kind and loving. I loved eating beavertails during the winter shoot hehe. The 4th engagement shoot was my favourite. It was warm outside and the sun was bright, it was so romantic and fun.” – Caity
“Each of the 4 engagement photoshoots were special in their own ways. If I had to pick, my favourite one was the winter shoot at Lake Minnewanka. I liked how we were able to get away from the city and hangout with Rina and Anthony, both at the photoshoot and in Banff afterwards. I liked this shoot particularly because of the variety of textures and colours. From the perspective of texture, I liked the rough rock, jagged and broken ice, prickly trees, mounds of snow, and smooth intact ice. From the perspective of colour, I liked the deep greens of the trees, the deep blues of the ice, the grey’s and browns of rock, the yellows and greens of moss on the rocks all combined with the white that comes with winter.
Rina and Anthony also add to the overall experience. They strike a good balance between professionalism and being easy-going. This makes the photoshoots relaxing, and my fiancé and I could focus on interacting with each other and “being in the moment” during the sessions. This ultimately leads to amazing photos!” – Jordan
